Great service! We were looking late at night for a vehicle online and sent an email through the dealership website. Received a prompt email in response with a number to text. All information was provided thoroughly and clearly during the purchase of the vehicle. Dealership staff were customer focused and professional. Appreciated the personal input - felt like we were buying a vehicle from a friend. Highly recommend this dealership location!

I consistently experience excellent customer service from the service center at this Honda dealership. The technicians do an excellent job on the maintenance. The reps are knowledgeable and amicable. They also do not pressure me into having more done on my car than I can afford at any one visit. They keep track of outstanding maintenance issues, and help me prioritize maintenance for future visits.

They don't seem to know a lot about their cars or the stuff they install on their cars. They just sell them. They don't listen to you either. Tell you they will do something for you. And well.. they don't. Bought one car and had 15+ problems. Mostly because they're just pretending to listen to you. I didn't learn the first time either. Recently I went back to get an oil change done (approx $70). They tried to raise my bill to over $500 through up-selling other suggested maintenance. I said, "ONLY an oil change". They did not listen. They couldn't even redeem themselves with a simple oil change. I will not be going back here ever again. These so called pros put 40psi in all 4 tires when the car clearly states they should be at 30psi. No wonder my car is sliding all over the road and the traction control is freaking out. This place can't listen to it's customers or even follow specs. I ONLY asked for an oil change. The manager did get back to me. Guess how he redeemed himself.. He didn't. He did nothing for me at all.

I got my car yesterday and it went very smoothly. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly and they, specifically Rodel gave me the best deals and service I can have. I am very much satisfied and happy. :) Will definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues.
