I had my truck towed there couple weeks back with a DEF problem. Pump quit working. After getting it in found that couple fuses and relay had blown. When I went to pay bill and check out. I ask what caused problem. Was told it was just cheap Chinese fuses and relay caused it. Upon leaving there dealership and heated to cooler weather, the problem came back. Having it repaired st another dealership asked what problem was. They explained that the line heater for DEF was shorting out. That why it was blowing fuses and relay. Didn't do proper diagnosis on finding problem. So was waste of $$$$ and time. Since I was there also to see how good service was as I'm thinking about buying a new truck. 1st impressions turned me off probably wouldn't go back. Was contacted by management after this post. And they have refunded my money. Not many would step up to the plate and do that. Worth giving them another try if situation arises. Thanks

Been here for emergency repairs on my freightliner. First time was just before a long weekend and freightliner didn't want to look at my truck as they were too busy. Peterbilt Manitoba took my truck in no problem. Second time they had me in and out in a few hours. Service writeup was painless and the service there, as far as I am concerned, is second to none. I wish I had a Peterbilt!
