Since this is the third vehicle I have leased with Midtown, the server been always excellent. They have always made special arrangements for me to bless my vehicle before I drive it out of the dealership. This small thing they do shows how committed the company is to their customers. Good Job Midtown.

Sales experience is good. Associates are helpfull and easy to deal with. When it comes to service, it is a mixed bag. I get my tire change there all the time and every time I do, I book way a head of time and I tell them a specific time I need it done by. Not once have they delivered. It's always at the very end of the day or the next day. I RECOMMEND you don't book a tire change during Friday's. They will likely not finish in time which will make you wait till next week. Absolutely unacceptable.

We were in the market for a new truck. We actually were not that familiar with the Ford trucks and different trim levels. From taking the time to first value our trade, to then discussing the model that would best suit our needs, to then reviewing the best payment and lease vs finance options. Scott and his team were first class. I found them interested in selling us the vehicle we would be most happy and suited with, not something they just had on the lot to sell. Very happy with our experience. Thank you.

NOT HAPPY, this company is the worst to deal with after you buy a vehicle from them, they treat you like dirt, and ignore the issues you bring to them. They did not explain anything to us when we bought the car and nor did they even take time out to make sure that we were satisfied. Go find a True Reliable ford dealer and do not use these guys they lie to you and do not back or look at the repairs you come to have done. They tell you to not worry about things and then when it gets bad they go and want you to pay for something that warranty should of taken care of

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experiences. I had bought a new 2017 F150 and had been having issues with rough shifting ever since day one. I had it in for 4 oil changes and raised my issues each time. They kept telling me 'that's how the trucks shift' & 'there's nothing wrong with it'. This all based off of not finding codes and a short road test. I decided to take the truck to Wilf's Ford in Elie and explained my dilemma. Their service manager Rob jumped in with me, we went for a road test and wanted to investigate more. There were no Ford codes that came up, but he knew something wasn't right. He went out of his way to further investigate, plugged a computer to it and went for another road test and analyzed the shifting. It was evident there was a problem, they just weren't sure what yet. Upon further review they discovered that the trucks transmission needed a new valve body. They completed the work and now it's shifting perfectly fine; just like the other Ford Trucks I've had. Overall Midtown Ford just isn't willing to go the extra mile. I've been told that Wilf's Ford is the place to go for a long time - now I see why.
