This is the second used truck I went to buy here. The sales consultant I had was really efficient and very friendly. His name was Matthew Russo. His boss Karl Decksheimer came to shake my hand and said he remembered selling me my previous used truck (he did an amazing job back then too)! I am glad to see he is still with the team and has moved up to Sales Manager. I would also like to say Chris Kaufmann (Financial Services Manager) did an amazing job getting me underway in my "new" used vehicle!! Keep up the amazing work Birchwood 🤗😊

Wasn't totally impressed with the service. Sometime it feels like they don't want you there or your an inconvenience for them.

Highly frustrating experience at Birchwood Lexus. Had ordered a few small parts 4 months ago. Upon checking back with the parts dept a month later to ask where my parts were, it turns out they had no record of any order. So I again placed the order for the parts (3 months ago). Last week, after a 3 month wait, I received a call saying the parts arrived and to come and pick them up. After driving across the city and getting staff attention the staff member went to look for the parts. After 20 minutes of standing at the counter I was told they could not find the parts. Then I was told there was no record of the order! After a further 20 minutes they seemed to find an electronic record of the order but no parts. They are now ordering the parts (for the 3rd time) - I will see if they actually arrive. Ask me if I would like to deal with this auto dealer again - I think you know the answer!

Staff are friendly and keep you up to date on where your vehicle is in the process.
