Bought a bike and yes, I am happy with the purchase. I am used to working with mechanics so, I know a good one when I see one. I can recommend this place if you are looking for quality of work

Went here to buy some parts for my Honda bike, staff is not friendly at all. Put everything back and left. Seems to be a typical theme in Steinbach. Not open on Saturdays... ? 0/10

Bought a brand new quad here, had to bring it back for warranty issue with the winch, totally understandable. They fixed under warranty but they would not re spool the cable unless I paid them 50 bucks (two minute job ) everyone had a “don’t care attitude”. Will never go back here !! I will buy my next new quad elsewhere ..

Very nice shop and great bike selection. However service was not the greatest. I was looking at a used crf250L and email them about it, had a good response and the guy told me "come take a look, see if you like it". I came in and the guy who I emailed told me here it is and walked away. I felt like he was actually going to tell me about the bike and sell me on it or even tell me a bit about its history or even mods. I asked if I could test ride it considering it is a used bike I didn't think I was a big deal, but they apparently "we don't do that here" while another employee told me about how he was ridding a used aprillia rsv4 on the track at gimli that they were selling for $13,720 at the time. Mainly not happy because they wont let a customer who is willing to buy a bike, test it out but you are willing to rip a bike on a track for your own pleasure all while you are still selling it.
