Called them up to order a window. Told me windowed ordered 10 days. 5 weeks later no window.. they lost it. Go to another dealership. Window was discontinued...had to order different one... Moral of the Review. They are LAZY LIARS and told me they ordered it when it didn’t even exist... terrible dealership.. terrible. Like blows my mind how terrible they are -10/10

This place was a real disappointment to me with the purchase and the service of my camper. I had made a list of things that were to be done and was told that camper would be completely washed and scrubbed down. I received the camper in dirty condition and there were things that weren't even attempted to get fixed. The sales person I delt with seemed like he did not know enough about the campers that I had went to look at there. I did not feel like i was professionally sold a camper and the I was just shopping at Walmart. The one thing I can really give 2 thumbs up is to the lady that deals with the financing end of it all. She knew her job and really helped me to understand things and where I was at.

Purchased new trailer. Then ....from the first time we used it ...we had warranty issues. Every time it was booked in for work ..we had more issues caused by dealers poor workmanship. I was told parts for warranty work was ordered from manufacturer when in fact two weeks after my appointment date , they hadn't even ordered them ? They offered a courtesy wash and flooded my outdoor speakers and flooded the battery in plastic box to the point my battery was dead ...then advised me to drill hole in box for water to drain and recharge the battery . Me ??? Then this spring I made an appointment one month in advance to dewinterize and finally get warranty replacement lights on trailer ,they had forgot to order last fall. When I pickup our trailer and got it home I noticed damage to the side of trailer where mechanic was working . I called the service manager to complain. I was told they'd be over after 5 to have a look .I waited at home but they never showed up ???. No call from service mgr they aren't coming or buisness owner who was aware of my complaints?? This all within my first year of purcashing our first new trailer. Who would of known ??? I feel sick.....
