10/10 Fantastic staff & excellent service I live downtown and do most of my driving downtown, so I was looking to find a very small commuter car to replace my current. I had a few models in mind but had a horrible experience at a different lot where I was actually badmouthed by the staff for wanting to look at those certain models so I was initially a little wary. AutoQuest completely changed the situation and couldn't have made my car-buying experience any better. Ted & Candis were super friendly and attentive right when I walked in. When I told them what car I wanted to see, the first thing they said was "Let me get you the keys." They didn't judge and didn't try to pressure me into getting something I didn't want. I was able to correspond with them and the finance office via email and text, which was incredibly convenient for me. I had someone co-sign for me to get a better interest rate and they even stayed past closing on a Friday night to accommodate our schedules so that we could come down together and sign the papers. I waited a month to review to see if anything would change, but nothing has -- I still absolutely love this car. There have been no hidden problems. It's mechanically sound, starts every single time without any trouble no matter how cold is it. It's exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Mike and his staff... can't say enough about how great they were! If you need a trailer - this is the place to go. They know trailers in and out! Honest to the timelines. Purchases a custom made trailer - will go back!

Autoquest was awesome to deal with. Came in from Ontario on a hockey trip and ended up buying a utility trailer from them. Met me on a Sunday on their day off to hand over the trailer even though the Jets were playing. Set me up with a hitch too. Excellent service. My next trailer purchase will definitely be through them and worth the drive all the way from Thunder Bay!!!!
