Bought my first car here service was amazing the dealer stayed at the dealership until I got back to town just so I could sign the papers. Now that was awesomely sweet of her to do and she explained everything so nicely she even entertained my daughter. Then I went back for my oil change and they did an great job and even checked and filled everything else that needed to be filled. I had a great time there with the staff everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend Dryden GM

All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The salesman Gerry Carlson treated me with respect. He appreciated my past business with Dryden GM. He looked at every little detail to ensure it exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the experience and would certainly recommended others purchase a vehicle here.

I don’t know if I correctly sent my rate and review.. I think I forgot to do the stars.. was desperately needed my van looked at quickly as I was transporting children in a few days back to their home .. it was taken in right away and worked on thoroughly, taking note of other things that needed to be fixed to make it road worthy. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and sympathetic. I was so thankful for Dryden GM. A great business!!

Kate always cheerily answers the phone when call .Amanda and Tyler are knowledgeable and eager to make my experience as stress free as possible - I always have the best customer service . My car recently has been giving me some trouble and I have always been given a loaner ; even one which I recently took all the way to Toronto as the part for my car was delayed . I have purchased from GM for many years and always find the staff polite and friendly . I have not hesitated to ask Eric for advise on cars and were it not for his good advise I likely would have made a poor judgement in a purchase for my daughter . I find the atmosphere pleasant and welcoming .
