Outstanding dealer to do business with! Service is second to none, sales helps guide you instead of talking you into something and basically, the whole place is well worth the drive if you live away from Madison. I've bought three vehicles from them and intend on doing business with them for life!

Found a truck in Brookings but went to Postrollo's on a recommendation. Found a really great truck (or so we thought) for $3000 less. They were really nice and anxious to sell. Four days later we needed to take the truck in to be fixed. $4000 later, we are still finding a little bit here and there that is wrong with the truck. We were told to drive three hours there to have it looked at because they didn't trust the place we took it to. We took it to a local trusted dealer. This would have meant driving three hours to drop it off, drive home in a rental, come back in a few days just to pick it up. From a place that couldn't do a proper inspection. THEY are the ones we don't trust. They told my husband they can't check everything on every car. Really? That's how you sell cars? Highly recommended my foot. Goody bag? Yeah, that all went in the trash - I will not support their business.

The service department is awesome. My son just started attending DSU from Arizona. He had an electrical problem with his car and called me in Az. Not knowing anyone in Madison I called Prostrollo and spoke to Kip. He was awesome. They picked up my sons car at the college, took it back to the shop, and fixed the problem for half the price I was expecting. Being so far from my son, I am very grateful for their help and service.

My salesman was great! Polite, easy to talk to and would go the extra mile. Then I got talking to the finance manager and he wanted to sell me insurance saying that my original insurance company wouldn’t offer but actually does. When I told him I didn’t want to buy his insurance he got very irritated and rude for the rest of my visit. Definitely 2 stars.
