Dealt with scott in the truck building. Scott is honest and amazing. Great customer service. Sure there is no stickers but that didn't deter me. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. No pushy sales people. Very accommodating , and will recommend to everyone.

Had car assessed for some noise issues and was told nothing was wrong. Drove it home, parked it and used it sparingly for the odd grocery store trip over the summer. Few months later went back for a standard service and was told something needed fixing immediately (obviously didn't check properly the first time). Left it over night to be fixed, next day was told they wouldn't cover the $2,000+ repair (even though that part was covered by the warranty) because "it had been in a collision" (it hadn't). I said "if it had been in a collision why wouldn't I have just gone to MPI and paid my $300 deductible", the service guy said "that would be insurance fraud" ...... I was genuinely flabbergasted by his inability to follow a simple discussion.

11/10 Great purchasing experience from the staff at Birchwood GMC and my sales guy Vick. I came in refereed to Birchwood after being burned at another dealership for a GMC Sierra. The team helped me get my trust back and in a spot I was ready to buy again. Vick was awesome at helping me out and being transparent about the whole situation and getting me all setup. Everything was explained to me and I understood what I was getting at what price without all the smoke and mirrors. I haven't purchased a vehicle in about 11 years so the whole situation was a bit overwhelming but Vick had the patience to make sure I had the time to decide on what I was getting with no pressure. Vick was great and if you want a guy that is hungry for your business, talk to my boy Vick! Thanks man! Shoutout to Amanda in finance who gave me the no beat around the bush process in getting all the paper work done as well! Everything was easy to understand and presented great to even a noob car buyer like myself. Thanks Amanda! Lastly thanks to Niel for showing me how all the buttons/doodads worked in the truck and putting my plates on, our time was short but you sent me off happy! Thanks again to the staff at Birchwood, I'm sure there was many more people not listed that gave me my awesome experience! Will be back again for my next vehicle and service needs. You guys rock!

For the most part things were great . From what was to be only an hour appt ended being an all day appt. I gave me a free car wash and free oil change for next time but I took my car home and now it’s not safe to drive it’s overheating so something has happened I have called the dealership and the service advisor directly and emailed and still no return call or message . I need my car for work and I have already gone all weekend without it . Would be nice to receive a call to say we will send a tow truck to you or call someone to tow it and we will fix it right away and get it back to you ASAP. But I have not received anything and it’s already been 2hours since they have been opened. Not a happy customer at the moment
