Shout out to Mus and Sam for their amazing service. The dealership not only sells Maserati/Alfa Romeo but they have a premium used inventory as well which came to my surprise. I was in the market to trade my vehicle and they had a 2018 Ford Edge Sport on the lot. I was given the vehicle to take home for the evening to see if I liked it. Needless to say I was impressed I was able to take it home and a no pressure sales tactic was needless to say refreshing. I ended up doing the deal. The staff at the dealership are very attentive and friendly. Both times I came to the dealership I was greeted by a hand shake from Paul (Very nice man). I also wanted to point out at each visit I noticed that the detailing staff were polishing the vehicles in the show room and vacuuming underneath them as well. The supervisor of the detailing department was also very attentive. He made sure my vehicle was cleaned to my satisfaction and I was also given the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was also notified that my vehicle had a warranty claim for a leaking tail light. They said when the part comes in they would phone and take care of it and give me a loaner. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the service I was provided. If the vehicle you want isn't on the lot they do have the capability to find what you are looking for as well. Purchased my Levante from the Maserati of Winnipeg. What a wonderful service and experience. Sam, Paul and the Finance Manager and all the staff members made us feel very special and went extra mile to ensure we are satisfied and happy. I would surely recommend my family and friends to this dealership. A 5 Star Experience.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Paul. He was very accommodating and listened to our needs. Dealt with Musbah for the financing and he was wonderful also. There was no pressure to buy and there was full disclosure of all details. They are excellent client service practitioners.

My partner and I had such an amazing experience here at Maserati & Alfa Romeo. Our car got totaled and with little time we needed a car ASAP. We had no idea what we wanted but Paul Singh, was not pushy, was honest and actually listened to us. We not only fell in love with our vehicle but also the customer service of all of the staff. Each time we walked in, we felt welcomed and were taken care of. Thatâ€™s how we knew this was the car and the place we felt comfortable purchasing. Customer service is huge, and they knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here, you wonâ€™t be disappointed.
