We dealt with Craig and Janelle they treated us amazing and were not pushy at all which was nice cuz the previous places we had been to were quite aggressive. The have been wonderful even after the purchase in helping sort out payment schedule and warranty work! Keep up the good work !!

After looking at new trucks I went to CY to look at used. After a seemingly pleasant experience and putting down a deposit, I came back with a friend to have a second look at the truck; and we found a seeping rear main seal - an $1100+ fix (and an electronics code). We pointed it out and the dealer tried to argue that it wasn't a big deal (it is; this is a "when", not an "if" it fails). After finding a better truck for a reasonable price elsewhere at a dealer that agreed to fix found problems without changing the price, I told CY that I would pass on their truck and that I wanted my deposit back. For THREE DAYS of calling once to twice PER DAY, they kept putting me off. Finally I threatened to go to the credit card company about it if they didn't tell me how to get it back by end of business day, and they told me to come in the next day to have it refunded - that could have been told to me on day 1. I do not trust this company and would not recommend them to anyone else. A used vehicle shouldn't be on the verge of failure when sold; period. For $7000 more I got the same truck with all problems fixed; 2 years newer with 40,000 fewer kilometres; brand new brakes, tires and high end alloy rims. The difference in value and service was mind boggling.

Had a rally bad experience here. Bought a truck through them and in a couple days the engine light came on(Evap leak) as well as a couple other issues(moon roof wouldnâ€™t work properly). Took it there and they said they fixed it all, everything seemed good. 2-3 days later the engine light came back on for the same evap leak. Asked them about it there answer was along the lines of â€œour mechanic couldnâ€™t find the leakâ€......how convenient. Moon roof fix was shotty and repaired it myself, and then the AC stops working. Have been trying to get a hold of them (always goes to voicemail and barely return my call, been a long month, but when I used another phone they answered right away) so it can get fixed and there always seems to be some excuse about their mechanic. I donâ€™t really care what happened just get the damn problem fixed like you should have the first time. Needless to say I will warn others of going there and never buy there again.

Iâ€™ve purchased 3 vehicles from Craig & Janelle At CY Truck Centre. I recommend it because they take care of their customers! Itâ€™s five star service from a small family oriented dealership. I love the fact they donâ€™t hit my pocketbook with hidden made up fees which you find at other dealerships, simply put thereâ€™s no games going on, I like the straight up honest,fair deals Iâ€™ve got over the years!
