Having recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership I thought should take some time to share my experience. We do not have a Lexus dealer where I live (Lethbridge, AB) so I had to reach out to an out of town dealer in order to buy the vehicle I knew I wanted. From my first interaction with Aaron Ledohowski right through to my final few minutes signing paperwork with Ryan Ostrove, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL! They offered me a very fair price, responded quickly to any questions I had, and let me make whatever changes I wanted to the transaction as we went. They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up my new car. Overall a first class experience from start to finish with a great group of people that clearly understand how to service a buyer in today's day and age. Highly recommended!!

I just wanted to say that Darryl Tuck and Tom Strange were both very professional and knowledgeable about the product that I purchased. I was going to look at a couple of different vehicles , and did not have to look any further as the quality of the vehicle I purchased and the executive level of service I received was top notch. Ryan Ostrove was a great part of the transaction as well. He is very knowledgable with the leasing as well as the extended milage programs. Caitlin Westhorpe greeted me towards the end when I picked up the vehicle. I have to say I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle and spending time with me to educate me on how the vehicle functions . I just got really bad experience with my Lexus N300 2018, bought the vehicle 2 months, and found out A/C is not working, talk to Service department and found out A/C line is broken, and told this is normal, just cannot believe it, the problem is, during all the conversation, called Lexus Canada, they told me they will take care of it, to the end, I didn't receive any call back after 24 hours. How could such quality issue happened, how that handover check out and 45 days inspection performed, did they really go thru the checklist before handover the car to their customer, and they claimed this was not their fault since things happened all the time, not really comfortable with the answer and this is way below the expectation, extremely disappointed as it is Lexus, I probably made wrong decision as I bought this car this brand...
