Purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer Limited at Fedoruk's in March 2018. Vehicle was in great physical shape and running order. A very fair vehicle price with a little negotiation was arrived at by both vendor and buyer. Two weeks later an engine related problem occurred on the way to our rural home after a trip to Winnipeg resulting in towing to a garage used by Fedoruk's for inspections and repairs. The towing and a courtesy car was gratefully provide by Fedoruk's. One day later the problem was fixed and at no cost. We had no extended warranty! This act of goodwill by Fedoruk's management is and will always be greatly appreciated. The management and staff at Fedoruks treated us fairly and with integrity. I would never hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. I wholly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a great used vehicle at a fair price.

I bought my beautiful Ram from the guys at Fedoruk's and they treated me with respect and with zero pressure. My truck has been issue free and everything I had hoped for. FYI I waited 3 months to write this just to make sure;) Thanks again!

Great folks! We tested a few cars, found one we liked, and it was no fuss, no muss. The low tire warning light was on, they arranged an appointment for us and picked up the tab. They also got two plastic parts that were missing on the roof rack, and let us know when it was in (only took a few days). They went above and beyond for a used car. Not many can say that!

Purchased a vehicle as part of our fleet, within 60 days it began over-heating. Had an employee bring it in, who was promptly greeted with an excessively rude staff who basically told him they would only talk to me. I'm not sure what new information I can provide to them when the truck is sitting right in front of them, so that seems a little pointless, as well as costly to me, as I've now paid someone to go down there on my behalf only to have him turned away. I received a phone call from a snide and condescending sales person who chuckled under his breath about how my employee thought he could just stroll in unannounced. I didn't realize we needed an invitation. The gist of the phone call was that the vehicle was purchased 60 days ago and their warranty is only good for 30 days, so there's nothing they can do. As a business owner, I'd feel pretty lousy about selling a customer something that breaks 60 days later and then leaving them high and dry and hiding behind a technicality, but I guess we're not cut from the same cloth. I purchase a few vehicles a year, and while I'm certainly not their biggest or most important customer, this should still be something that they see long term value in. Evidently they do not, and I'll make sure that I nor any other business owner I know (and I know plenty) never purchase a vehicle here again. A good business owner would realize that in some situations, it's cheaper to temporarily take a loss in favour of long term gain. These people don't realize that, they see no value in their customers, and in turn their reputation. I'm going to predict that this review is answered with "We advertise a 30 day warranty" or "Sorry your purchase didn't work out, we did the best we could", or "I wish you gave us the chance to look at the vehicle", or any combination of the three, that seems to be the trend. I bet my bottom dollar it won't be, "Hey Matt, you know what, you're right, we'll look after it for you". But I'll be happy to be proved wrong. I'll be updating this review with a complete list of what's wrong with the truck, as well as the costs to repair it. As for your response, you definitely were rude, and the issue was you repairing a radiator leak that I pointed out to you, and then not replacing the missing fluid. Something you would have figured out in short order had you not been so quick to send my guy away and phone me immediately to throw your warranty in my face. I shouldn't need a warranty to insure that the vehicle was sold to me in working order, especially considering that it was a problem I had pointed out to you, and then you assured me you had fixed. That's why I consider the warranty a technicality. If you'd like to make things right, our bill was $363.73 from Birchwood Ford where we lease our other vehicles. I can fax over the work order and you can reimburse me. Or you can reinforce what I already know about how you do business, and not reimburse me. I don't care either way to be honest, but people should know what they're getting in to.

Buyer Beware! We recently purchased a vehicle from Fedoruk's. The listed price of the vehicle (with a $1000 rebate on the price when financed through Fedoruk's) was competitive with the market. We decided to purchase the vehicle for the list price, and agreed to finance it through Fedoruk's to receive the $1000 rebate. The following week, when we went to sign the paperwork and take ownership, Fedoruk's added over $3000 in fees that were previously undisclosed to us. This quickly turned a good deal into a very bad deal. Beware of high fees! Be very careful with what you believe and with what you sign. You may end up paying a lot more than you planned!
