Inquired regarding their vehicles with the spec I was able to obtain via build and price. The in stock vehicle they provided showed almost the same spec, however, the price difference was so much. It would've been great if they were even close or at ballpark to the price the site has shown. I asked for price breakdown as to why there was that much price difference for a little bit of spec difference, but I was told only different options on how to lower payments. Not good experience

I have dealt with this dealership both as a used Volvo owner (purchase and service) and through leasing a vehicle. I can say that up until the point of returning my leased vehicle, my experience had been excellent. However, once I informed the dealership the vehicle was going to be returned off lease, the experience became terrible. There were some delays in returning the vehicle off lease due to an MPI claim. This wouldn't have been an issue if the dealership ordered the parts in a timely fashion. However the delay resulted from the dealership not getting the parts in promptly ( almost 4 weeks to get parts on a 3 yr old vehicle???). it took an additional month and a half to resolve the lease return wear and tear charges (I hand washed the vehicle, clay bar'd it, kept it immaculate) as these were replaced as part of the MPI claim. Now I find out that they have placed a delinquency record on my credit report not from the initial lease return date to date of actual return, but original return date to date wear and tear charges were resolved. That's 6 weeks after vehicle was returned. Run, don't walk away from this dealership. How do I give a negative star rating?

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the dealership. Called in, ordered parts and was told that the parts would be in one week in Winnipeg. Called two weeks after, but the parts department doesn't know anything about it. Very unfriendly, absolutely can not deal with this guys (parts manager). Don't have an idea about vehicles parts. Sorry have to go to shop to the States. Was dealing with the Volvo a while ago and had no problems with parts department.

They can’t fix a little thing and they are charging you with so many other things that I didn’t expect and wouldn’t be responsible for damaging the system of my car that worked almost fine most of the times before they worked on my car.

To be honest I am really disappointed with the Volvo service department, never response my call. Upgrade my system for my car, but unfortunately it cause lots of further problems. It’s their fault but no loaner vehicle provided, no car for a week. Unfortunately it’s the only Volvo dealership in the town, so I will trade in my Volvo soon. By the way, 👇👇This is how they treat your car.
