They had a fake advertisement. We made an appt to see mini WHITE countryman which was exactly indicated in the ad. However, the salesperson told me that he had un the impression that I was interested in grey and the white ione was sold in the morning. Is he a psychic? How does he think that I have interes in grey?????? I’ve never mentioned and I contact him through the EXACT stock number. My point is I would never have wasted my time if he had called me this morning. They just make people come and buy anything available at that time. What a old-fashioned fake. Made me waste me time. Won’t go back ever. Of course won’t recommend to anyone. Shame on you.

When a dealership begins a customer relationship with a complete lack of simple communication skills, they should not be surprised when people continue to not shop locally. One can only guess there is simply too many levels of management at this dealership, or not a very good mentorship program for their junior manager.

Disorganized staff and hidden fees. Would have expected much more from a Mini dealership. Tread carefully.

The parts department manager Randy Ritchot is a very nice guy. He is very professional and patient to customer. My mini cooper s got the wrong parts from other autobody shop. I spend lots of time and effort to do the research and look for the right parts, but I couldn't fixed the issue. Randy helped me figure out the correct parts in a short time. And also have good answers on my complicate issues. Thank you so much Randy.
