Recently had my Xterra in for its 50,000 km service which is a big one with a fairly substantial cost. Wasn’t prepared to see the final bill a wee bit higher than expected but I am grateful for Russ for reviewing and finding me some cost savings. Great facility and great staff. Always feel welcomed and know the service I get is top notch. Thanks!

Had an AMAZING experience purchasing a car from Crown Nissan. We would encourage everyone to go and see ERIC ANDERSON. He arranged for us to see and test drive vehicles that were within our budget, and chose vehicles that would meet our needs as a family. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and features. At the end of the day, we determined that a vehicle from their vast inventory of premium used vehicles was the best fit for our needs and budget, and he found a beautiful Mercedes B-Class that is so nice and way more within our budget than some of the cars we initially wanted. A shout out to Brian at Automax who helped put together a financing plan that is perfect for us. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thanks so much ERIC ANDERSON and the rest of the Crown Nissan team!!

My purchasing experience at Crown Nissan was, for the most part, very good. The sales staff were quite helpful and accommodating. The area where they could improve, in my opinion, is the service department. Delivery of the truck took longer than I was told and some things were missing from the vehicle that should have been included (i.e. SD card, English manual, and winter mattes). I should have the missing items soon. The remote starter installed was not what I, or the salesperson for that matter, were expecting and appears to be a lower model. That being said I do not recall explicitly discussing the type of remote starter to be installed, so I guess they got me there. It would have been nice if they had discussed this with me prior to the install.

I have been dealing with Crown Nissan since 2008. The staff is always friendly and helpful.. I always feel very comfortable when entertaining this dealership and always been treated fairly.
