Nader Naseri was kind, excited about finding the right car for me. I eventually found a car elsewhere. He congratulated me, he was super enthusiastic. His handshake was strong, personable and he was smiling and made me feel comfortable and not attacked by a salesman. Usually they are pushy. Fake friendly. Not Nader. Great guy. The showroom was super clean and well organized. I like how all the cars were all black, in the showroom. I really encourage you to deal directly with him. He won't steer you wrong.

Always such a positive experience in service department. I’ve been looked after by Lyle for many years with both my Kia’s; always fair and honest. Recently introduced my daughter (recent Kia Forte purchase) and yet again great service. Found out quite by accident this weekend that my father also is helped by Lyle. So that’s 3 generations he provides wonderful service and advice too! Well run dealership and department.

I recently traded in my 2012 Kia Soul for a 2018 Soul, and dealt with Drew Pearson. He was incredibly attentive to what we were looking for, argued on our behalf, and was able to get us into an amazing vehicle. We also dealt with the Finance Services Manager Rohan who helped up settle into financing that was right for us and fought until the bitter end for better interest rates. Would highly recommend stopping by and dealing with either of these two gentlemen!!

Happy that they gave me a car. Not happy with the sales staff. Most cars come with 2 keys. Mine only came with one. When asked the sales staff for the second set he was rude and told me its not his problem. Was also sold on their 3rd party warranty. Was encouraged to bring the car to their dealership to get any of the work done. Refused to do any work to my car because it's a non-Kia, even tho was sold the $3000 3rd party warranty and told to visit their store. Later on complained about being coerced into buying the 3rd party warranty as it was false that it lowers your interest rate. After doing so finance dept was also rude after trying to explain their reasons. I felt like I was completely taken advantage of as a buyer. This is not common practice anymore as most other dealerships as t don't act how they did in the 80s.

I just purchased my new Kia Forte LX+ from the great staff at Birchwood Kia West. Myles was my Salesman and I could not be more happy with the service I received!! I did not feel pressured in any way throughout the process of my new purchase, (which is a big deal to me). Very Impressed how easy it was. I am in love with my new car and would recommend dealing with the fabulous crew at Birchwood Kia West. Thank you Myles, Brady, Jeff and Mike you guys rock!
