I loved a lot your nice, affordable, cozy, modern, elegant and beautiful car dealer because this place has no just buying or rental cars, this garage has the services of repairing cars and accessories, changing car parts and car inspections. The staff is excellent, affordable, nice, friendly and welcoming with his or her customers. I will recommend this a lot.

3 days ago, My Santa Fe started pouring out oil while on my way home to Ottawa. They quickly confirmed the problem was the oil pressure switch in the v6 engine valley and ordered in the parts to complete the repair. This was an excellent diagnosis since usually an engine leaking oil like that would be the main rear seal. They put an emphasis on getting it done quickly so I could get home without delay. I would not hesitate to go there again, thank you Brian and staff for the excellent professional service!

The REAL character of a business and their employees is revealed when they are challenged with an opportunity to shine. Nadeau gets a great big 'F'. They got a call around 2PM midweek from a young student, in the middle of a cross country road trip, on the way to university. Her late model Hyundai SantaFe died suddenly and noisily on the highway, 5 minutes from the dealership. The Nadeau service department responds "we can't look at it for 2 weeks". No offer to help find a solution for a stranded young student, 800 kilometers from home, no effort to look into alternatives, no concern whatsoever. A confirmation call back to the service manager to be sure they understood her situation also did not elicit any help. To be clear and fair, I get it; if you are busy, you are busy, and the reality is you can only take on a finite amount of new work if you are fully booked. That being said, basic human compassion and decent customer service would dictate that you try and find a solution. Recognize that the person on the other end of the phone has a real problem, probably a warrantee issue. If you can't help them directly, help them find someone who can. Leaving them stranded on the highway with a "we're busy" response is downright obnoxious and unforgivable. Happy ending; Bruce at Grand Falls Hyundai (60 kilometers East) arranged a tow, found her a motel for the night, arranged a loaner car, and is replacing the blown crankshaft under warranty. There are truly awesome people in this world, like Bruce, and then there are the twits at Nadeau. If you are in the market for Hyundai or need Hyundai service, drive just a little farther up Hwy 2 to lovely Grand Falls.

Happy with the service from Nadeau Hyundai for picking up my vehicle overnight and bringing in back home as soon as the vehicle service completed the next day. I also appreciate the free vehicle wash which is performed with each maintenance service. After I had told the service manager about some nasty bumps that the vehicle had been through a month or so ago, he made sure that the servicing mechanic checked the thread wear on all four tires for unusual wear which turned out to be insignificant. I would sincerely recommend their sales and service to anyone requesting my opinion.

I 150% recommand to go there
