Love going here on Wednesday or Saturday to get my oil changed $10 off. Free coffee and you can walk around and look at all the beautiful vechiles. Service is quick drive right up.

A family member and I had a great vehicle buying experience at Orleans Dodge Chrysler. Dan who is one of the sales associates took the time to listen and explain our options to us. Angela the financing manager was very swift in giving us an answer in less than 24 hours. Dan took his time showing us all the new features in this beautiful truck. We have both been customers of Orleans Dodge for many years and always had a great experience. No sales pressure or tactics to be had here. Very nice people who will treat you with respect and not just another number. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful experience at this place. We went to just check options and we left after buying a car. There customer service is wonderful so as there indoor play ground (in case you have kids)! My 3 years old daughter was welcomed with a popcorn!! The sales representative person (Esthefan) was very accommodating. Showed us the options and gave us a good price comparing to the market. The finance manager (Angela) was so helpful and her service was extraordinary. One thing I’ve notice is there respect to the client. We received the car today with a great service deals. I highly recommend this place

DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE HERE (USED) I purchased a used vehicle here 1 year ago. If you plan on doing so I HIGHLY suggest you do a thorough check and get a couple expert opinions. They WILL find issues. and a lot. I was sold a vehicle with BLACK filters, No extra fuses, A PLUG IN the tires (that is a TEMPORARY REPAIR ,.,.despite Dodge saying it is not temporary ...and that it is safe) heated seats/wheel stopped working 1 month in -WHOLE module needs to be replaced (this isn't their problem..when brought up 3 months during a recall) Back up camera is now cutting out and needs to be replaced. Spoke to their customer relations expert who told me nothing they can do and everything I mentioned isn't something they need to check before selling a used vehicle. So keep in mind.. aside from the BASIC of safety standards.. they check NOTHING else. Search elsewhere... Never had an issue with used vehicles until shopping here.
