We bought our last new Toyota from them and glad we did they treat you like a costumer should be treated and the service team is great i get phone calls from letting me know that my oil needs changed on mvi is due. The Toyota we bought before this one was bought at i different dealer wont name them but completely different experience im glad we went to Roussel if they keep treating us this way they got a costumer for life.

Got one vehicle there 6 months ago. The sales lady was knowledgeable and worked to get what we truly needed for a vehicle . We did have an issue with the vehicle down the line , but one phone call and a visit the next day fix that up nicely. Considering going there for the next car.

Purchased a 2 year old certified 160 point vehicle from this dealer. When I brought vehicle home I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground under the engine area. I brought it back to the dealer to get the repairs done. They informed me it was a 3 day job tearing half the motor apart to repair. I suggested I was not interested in paying top dollar for this vehicle to have the engine taken apart. They didn't want to take vehicle back. I then contacted the previous owner of this vehicle. He knew about the oil leak and had notified the general manager when he traded in since it was still under warranty. At the end repairs were performed and I had to keep the vehicle. The dealership personnel didn't even seem to feel responsible for their oversight and dishonesty.
