We we very disappointed in our first service at Violette Ford in Grand Falls. We bought our car there and were so impressed by the salesman Harry that we assumed the service for our vehicle would be the same. We ordered tires and rims and were told that. the tires would be on the rims and ready to be put on the vehicle when we got there, almost a week after we made the appointment. We were having the first oil change at 5000 kms. This had also been scheduled in advance. Our appointment was for 9:00 Am. We arrived at 8:45.Our vehicle was not ready until 12:30. They were kind enough to give us a vehicle to make other appointments we had that morning. We were a bit concerned as we made 3 trips back to check if our car was ready ad were told it was not. There was another gentleman there who came after us and said he had to have his vehicle by 10 to pick his wife up. He was told no problem that his vehicle would be ready for him by 10. When we went back at 12:30. I ask about the new floor mats we wanted to check out , they said they had not come in yet. I was previously told they come over night. Our vehicle was ready finally. As we live out of town it was not really convenient for us to have to wait like that. That is why we made the early appointment. The service people were friendly enough. However we are planning on taking our service elsewhere.

They said the transmission is okay, and rear end is fine. I will continue to monitor. Will be purchasing an extended warranty before January 2019.
