Initial sales dept was good, can't said the same about the rest of the experience. Sold us a van that pulled to the right. After 5 months of phone calls and multiple visits back and forth from Moncton to Fredericton, Moncton Chrysler fixed it on the first visit but that was temporary because a year later it is back to pulling to the right. So not sure what that says about the Fredericton garage but there seems to be a defect in the van and probably should have gotten a new one right away.

Service, sales, and finance are all top notch. I'll recommend this place forever. Anyone who needs a new vehicle or a new to them vehicle, talk to Amy Bragdon. This place is great and treats a person fantastic. My wife and I will definitely be back.

My husband and I, purchased our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawks from Summit this past Summer 2018. We are very pleased with the Jeeps performance and more imptly the level of service we received from the owner JJ Kennedy and Manager Damir Kazic.
