GREAT THANKS to the welcoming and attentive staff at Mr. Automotive Car Dealership! They truly go above and beyond to make the car-buying process enjoyable. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. My salesperson was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. They provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. The financing process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees. I left feeling confident in my purchase and thrilled with my new car! I highly recommend Mr. Automotive to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere make this dealership stand out. I will definitely return for my future automotive needs, Thanks again!!!!!!!

I purchased a jeep Cherokee trailhawk from this place, upon purchasing they did put new tires and brakes on it for me however they missed the fact that the rack and pinion was about to let go but still passed it through inspection. It’s been a fight for weeks now to get it in and have them fix it. It’s also been over a month and I have yet to receive my paper work to get my license place which I have to cover the cost of out of pocket to get and license the vehicle. Communication with these people has been the worst experience of my life, they were great up until the paperwork was signed and they received their cut of the sale. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere!! If I could give less than one star I would. The jeep had no cosmetic damage upon looking it at but when I went to pick it up there was a bad ding on the back hatch and no accountability for it. The mechanic that put my new tires on ant their shop also damaged my rims on the jeep and there was no compensation for that, he also damaged my wheel sensor.

Bought a van off these guys in 2023. Had to wait a week after purchase to get it. Had to pay for my own plates. Had to replace tires after a month because they were so used. One windshield washer sprayer was held together with electrical tape. Front fender driver side was damaged from what i presume was the vehicle involved in an accident. I told them not to clean the vsn because i didn't want to wait another 3 days since i needed a vehicle to go to work with. It was dirty. Can't give less than 1 star but i certainly would given the chance.

I originally thought I bout my 2018 Nissan sentra from automaceast from Halifax.. ended up was from Mr automotive in Fredericton. But the guy I have been dealing with was a Patrick from Ontario. I had originally bought this car from them and upon delivery I noticed passenger side door handle broken and engine light on dash ac not working.. I did a poor review then owner contacted me to say they would fix issues and asked if I could change review, I did they fixed ac and door handle but then the shop they sent it to said they couldn't figure out why engine light was on. More and likely dealer problem.. sent multiple text messages and voice mail to this Patrick when shop said they couldn't figure out engine light and key system error .. so I am doing this review stating that after other issues were fixed the engine light wasn't and the seemed to stop corresponding with me.. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... I PAIDover 13 thousand for it and now have to put out hundreds of dollars to get this fixed.. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER

Had them sell me a car for 16k that ended up not even being worth 7k. I had to go to another dealership to find this out because I wasn’t provided the Carfax by them. Tried calling for months with issues about the car with no answers. Now thanks to them I have to file bankruptcy because I voluntarily repoed the car as I refused to pay for the piece of **** and I couldn’t trade it in anywhere!
