Dishonest and untrustworthy

The Used Car Depot is the worst kind of car dealer - completely DISHONEST and UNTRUSTWORTHY, but “talk a good show”. Do NOT be deceived. Do NOT think you are getting a good deal. Only buy if you have every part of the car inspected by someone you know and trust and even then expect to put money into repairs. Do NOT expect that they will honour and guarantee or warranty.

Ok, here is my review then. I went to look at cars at this location. First impressions were very negative when my son slipped and fell on the ice that covered the whole parking lot. Many days after it snowed. We took vehicles out for a test drive. First one Hyundai Elantra, had a bad ticking noise in the engine. Sales person said they all do that. Second car, Toyota Yaris was good. The third one was the reason I would never deal with this business. My son liked they Hyundai Santa Fe they had. We took it for a test drive. There was such a terrible humming noise we couldn't hear each other. Many warning lights on the dash with an inspection sticker from 3 weeks ago. Sales person gave us a price and said he knew it needed a wheel bearing. He agreed to fix it and have it ready the next day. The next day he called and wanted $1000 more than quoted because of the needed repairs (wheel bearing, brakes all around plus some "other stuff"). When I asked how it passed inspection he said the sticker must have been a purchased one. I have been to many car lots and spoke to a few sales people. No other place sent up as many red flags. The place has lots of negative reviews. Read them.

John is a very nice and helpful person. He was very knowledgeable when it came to financing and helped my brother-in-law Scott out a lot. Very happy with the car and got a great deal! Recommend this place to everyone, will be back!
