Best Car Buying Experience Ever

My son bought a new-to-him vehicle from this dealership last week. The vehicle he looked at needed to have some work done to it so my son provided a deposit to secure the vehicle while the work was being done. 4 days later he went in and bought the car as all was done, as promised. This alone would seem like just a normal buying experience, however, a couple of nights ago my son got in his car to discover his battery was dead. We tried boosting it but it was beyond the point of being boosted. My son texted the sales guy to ask him if the vehicle had some sort of battery issues in the past. The next morning he received a response that the sales guy was on his way to our house with a new battery, which he installed right in our driveway and made sure the vehicle was up and running. WHO DOES THAT?!? I mean when was the last time a car dealer came to your house to replace the battery on a car you just bought!?? Definitely recommend buying a car from them!! Great service!!

I had the same treatment. Don’t go buy anything from this guy. He’s a liar and will sale anything to get your money. He doesn’t care about your safety. All he needs is your cash. Please if you read thi, don’t go there to buy nothing.

Don't buy anything from him unless you really read the contract. I had signed purchase agreement with at one price and then when I went in to go get the car he said he made a mistake so I had to resign the purchase agreement but come to find out he added 2000 more on the purchase price. Took him a week to get the registration . He kept saying tomorrow it will be ready. Went in car was not ready he sent his son to go do the registration son comes back without registration saying that he did not know that he was suppose to get my done . The whole reason I was there. Trust me I did not like him that much to spend the whole day. Car was making loud noises. He said because of the studs on tires. He replaced them because the season was done. Car still was doing the loud noises. He said he will get it fixed never did. Brakes and rotors and capliers were done. Wheel bearing needed to be change. Frame of the car broken in 3 spots mechanic said not road worthy. So he sold me car not even worth being on the road. Once I found this out I went to go and talk to him because when I called it said that the number has been change and it is not listed. So I went to the dealership and to my surprise all the cars were gone so was he. No forwarding address to let customers know where he moved. Just found out from a previous post he moved to Elmwood. On top of that he sold the car without the inspection in the beginning I only noticed not sticker the following day brought the car back he said he will get it done 3 days later it was done. If you were to buy bring the car to a mechanic you trust and have it looked over really well.

Horrible dont buy from them unless you wanna be ripped off. Took them days upon days to give me my registration. Told me they would paint the bottom of my door and never did. Also told me everything worked fine. I take it to A GM dealer and i have $1000 worth of shifter parts i need replaced. But thats not all! I had a brake caliper that was seized that they never fixed before sale. I had to buy new brake pads and rotors because of the damage done. Never will they or anyone i know will ever give them business ever again
