The service staff at Darlings Honda in Bangor is exceptional. The staff has always been kind, respectful and professional. I usually deal with Mike. He is has always listened to concerns and has taken care of me even when I have stopped by without an appointment to have tires checked. My billed is always explained and the work that was completed. This is my third Civic from Darlings and I would highly recommend them

Bought a Honda Civic Type R and had the best car buying experience. The manager Selden was the first to greet us in the showroom. After asking us a few questions he made sure we knew about all the new and used sporty options they had to offer on the lot. He introduced us to our salesman Brian, who was just as excited about our dream car as we were. He was extremely knowledgeable about all it had to offer so we left knowing everything we needed to operate it 100%. Also, before we made the final decision he was more than willing to show us the other Civic models and a few other compact cars they had on the lot. The finance department rep, Lee, introduced himself before he ran our credit. He was extremely thorough about our options before we signed the papers and helped us make the best decisions on warranties. The entire team was extremely helpful and never made us feel like we had to do anything outside of what was comfortable financially. I also heard other customers having the same experience with their sales reps. The vibe was positive and everyone was smiling. Again it was an awesome experience, I highly recommend you stop by for your next car buying adventure.

I purchased a used CR-V. The salesman, Dylan, was laid back, no pressure and let me make the decision in my own time. He did his best to secure me the deal I wanted. My oil changes at Darling's are easy to schedule, efficient and reasonable priced.

My wife and I went in for routine servicing of her 2017 Honda Fit. This included tire rotation among oil and filter, ect... there was a slow leak in the rear driver side tire that had been noticed the evening before the service. My we mentioned it and asked if they could take a look. We had a lengthy conversation with an employee who insisted that the sensor was tripping due to bumpy roads and not a leak, even though we had put air in it twice (which I think is a really good sign that there is a leak). He begrudgingly agreed to check the tire. After an absurdly long wait for an oil change and tire rotation, we were assured there was no leak. We left. Tire light came on on the way home. It was the same tire which had been rotated to driver front. After a week of filling the tire in the mornings and evenings, due to our full schedules, we had time to take it to a local tire spot in Brewer (Tire Warehouse) where they located a huge 1/4 inch wide self drilling screw that was about an inch long in the tire. They did the whole patch job in 15 minutes from the time I walked through the door. "It was visible before removing the tire. They must not have even looked." Was the response by the tech at Tire Warehouse. What a joke. We will not be returning to Darling's for future services.

This was one of the most fair and honest auto purchase experiences we have ever had. We were treated fairly on our trade as well as the purchase price of our new Volvo. Darlings found the best interest rate and gave us every incentive we qualified for. We would recommend any Veteran or Veteran Family go there when they are looking for their next automobile.
