I rented a car from Darlings for 2 days. Pam in rental was wonderful. Pleasant, professional ,helpful ,friendly. The vehicle was nice and ran with a full tank of gas. They provided a blanket for the backseat, for my dogs. Wonderful company and experience. They also provided free shuttle to and from.

Mike Hilll was easily the best sales rep my wife and I have ever dealt with. He is very kind and thorough to make sure we got the best experience possible. I have never purchased a vehicle from Darlings but I cannot contemplate ever going anywhere else now. When it came to financing the vehicle Matt McFarland helped us get to where we needed to be and did his best to get us an acceptable interest rate. Going into this dealership you get treated like people not dollar signs.

We absoutley love our new jeep. We had the pleasure of having Mike Hill as our sales person and we must say he's wonderful! He made our experience a wonderful and easy one. He was very accommodating and had things ready for us. He went thru the jeep explaining how Everything works and made our experience a great one. Thank you darlings and thank you Mike Hill! Sale and condition of vehicle we bought were fine, but the warranty we purchased afterwards was where they screwed over my wife and I. They will find every way they can to get out of honoring the warranty they sell. We purchased the "tire warranty" which covers any replacement tired you may need (other than being worn out), or so they said. Warranty salesman lied right to our face about how easily and problem free we'd be able to get new tires for the next few years. Shame on me for not searching for his claims in the fine print. Ended up with not one, but TWO defective tires. First one was days after we bought it. Sidewall bubbled out. Mechanic called and told me they wouldn't cover the replacement because they found a spot that was 1/32 of an inch too worn. I paid for the replacement. A couple months later, same thing on the tire I had JUST paid to replace! Again I got some bogus line about how the Warranty only covered damage from road hazards, not defective tires. It wasn't until I said that if this tire wasn't covered, I'd replace it elsewhere that they reluctantly said they would replace it. The tires they installed both times seemed to be the cheapest, non-matching tires they could find and didn't last two seasons. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYBODY. And if you do buy a vehicle here, do yourself a huge favor and skip the ripoff warranty sit-down session they do. So this review is not discredited, vehicle is a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid purchased 10/2013
