Sussex Preferred Auto

It's not often that we hear enough of the "good" information we ought to know before we trust our cars and trucks with any repair facility. You and your family are probably a lot like mine in that our cars are as important to us as the roof we put over our heads.... Well... I'd like put you at a little more ease if I may.. I met Troy and his service team over a year ago, my previous shop was dishonest, confrontational over repairs or appointments and had absolutely none of my trust left. I sourced a new shop and found Sussex Preferred Auto and of course Troy.... Well.... if your car is as important to you as mine is to me, I can assure you the other reviews you read about the great experience at Sussex Preferred Auto are 100% Bang on... Troy is one very friendly and solutions oriented business man. In my countless dealings with Troy and his shop, I have never ever been more satisfied with an auto shop than I am with his. Troy is honest, he does exactly what he says he will and does not do anything you don't know. His shop hours are consistent, his shop is right off of the main highway and there are a few decent restaurants right along his street so you can relax while they repair or service your car.. Troy and his team have always serviced my car with excellence and I'd say Sussex is lucky to have him doing business in their town just like he does the ole school way.. Hard work and a mans word. If you're from out of town, passing by but broken down or even from Sussex and are looking for a shop you know you can trust... Go see Troy and his team... I can't explain how appreciative I am to have this shop work on and service my car.. As you will see by the faces you see coming in and out of Sussex Preferred Auto it is one very well liked shop and one very happy customer base.. Thank you Troy & techs for such excellent work every single time.. It is my Preferred Auto (Shop)

Great mechanics, good atmosphere. Owner is responsible. Fast service.

Always honest, great friendly service.

Very honest, very reasonably priced, always on time, and friendly. I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here, and it’s well worth the drive every time.

Great locally owned garage, have been going here for a few years now. Never had a problem with these guys.
