Booked an appt to get my car inspected on 10/05/2018 and Coast failed my car immediately for my front right strut mount and my front tires, my strut mount was covered under warranty at my car dealership where I brought it in to do another inspection of the front end of my car. Then only to find out from the dealership that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the front end of my car - TIRES INCLUDED. My dealership then advised me to go back to coast as they "Owed" me a sticker. Then when I brought back the written document from my dealership stating that there were absolutely no faults with the front end of my car, they STILL refused to give me a sticker!! I will never recommend this place to anyone and they have definitely tried to take advantage of - what they thought - I was ignorant to. They HAVE refunded me for the inspection but the experience has left a permanent disgust for this company and the way they tried to take advantage of me.
***They claimed the knocking when shaking my car unnecessarily was caused by "play" on my strut mount, but after removing the set of tires and cabinets I had in the back seat, this "knocking" stopped.
