After purchasing 3 mini splits from Tradewinds for my home i was very satisfied with the level of service i had received. Not sure if there is a new owner/Manager or whatever because the service and maintenance has fallen dramatically. I have made numerous attempts to make contact, left many messages and wven calledbduring businesses hours and always, ALWAYS got voicemail and NEVER a call back. The Mitsubishi brand is excellent but i would look elsewhere to purchase from another dealer as this company does not stand behind service after the purchase.

We are very pleased with the installation of our two Mitsubishi mini-splits done in Dieppe, New Brunswick, by Tradewinds Heating and Cooling of Cocagne NB. The owner Daniel Goguen and the installers from PEI were very professional and courteous. Chris went out of his way to run the wires seamlessly through the attic and vents instead of outside, and Arthur explained to us very clearly how to run the systems. The work was done competently and quickly, without any glitches. Thanks to all. Eugene Aucoin

This should be minus five stars. When I first applied for one of there products. They didn't call me or anything they just give my information to another company in a different province. Then when I contacted them about that I told them if I wanted to deal with another company I would have done that on my own. So they tried to say sorry and there put in my application. This was a Friday he said he wouldn't hear back till Monday. I had to call him all week I finally got ahold of him by Thursday he said he forgot to call me and he couldn't help me. This guy should be selling used cars the way he peddles bull**it.
