Sean and his team in the service department are phenomenal! They are so professional and extremely thorough. Every time i drop my car off i know its in great hands and i will leave satisfied. Finally found a place i completely trust. I highly recommend them!

Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. It was basically new when I purchased it, and I have not put too many miles on it yet. I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

Mario, Shawn and the team were great as usual! We have bought four cars there and the experience is always great. They put their best price on the car and don’t negotiate. From my research the price is always fair and makes the experience comfortable. I have never felt pressured and the team has always been very honest and helpful.

I very much appreciate Bourne's low pressure no haggle style of car sales. I test drove several cars across two different visits and never felt pressured to make a decision. David was very easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. Based on my research their pricing is very fair for the models they sell. The whole process was very smooth and after not having to purchase a new car for 15 years, this was a very nice experience to come back to. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Made process effortless. Not pushy and upfront about exact costs with no hidden last minute fees like most places. Will be back next year for my 16 year old for sure!
