My Wife and I visited the dealership on 12/26/18 where we met Sales Consultant Max Castro. He was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was handled great by Max and when we picked up our vehicle it was detailed impeccably. I have bought dozens and dozens of vehicles new and used over the years but Max made it one of the most pleasurable buying experiences to date. I have personally been in sales for almost 30 years and would definitely recommend Max and Fafama to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Keep up the great work and thanks!

My husband and I went here just a few days ago to look at a car that we saw online. We just went to “look”. Well, other than us falling in love with the car itself, we probably would’ve waited to make a decision, but our salesman Alex provided us with excellent knowledge and customer service. He didn’t pressure us into buying something we weren’t comfortable with and made the entire transaction easy and fast. I would highly recommend getting a car from this dealership. They have great inventory and awesome salesman!

I went into Fafama just to browse their selection of cars, before I even parked I was greeted by a gentleman named Vinny. Mind you, most of these reviews mention his name- even with the glowing recommendation, it still doesn’t do him justice. I told him everything I wanted from the trim, to the features, to the payment, and even the interest & he got me all of them. Not some of them, or all of them with some compromises. He got me everything I asked for, and more. I’m not going to go into the details but I drove over 100 miles just to go to this dealership at the end they did everything they could to make sure I was happy. It wasn’t only about the deal, and their commission- it was about how happy their customers left their lot. That says a lot, and everything you need to know about Fafama Auto Sales. Make Vinny a manager, because he deserves it. You are one of the most genuine sales person I’ve meet and I worked in sales for 5 yrs. Thank you Vinny for taking care of me like family, car salesmen aren’t very pleasing but you were a delight to meet and do business with!
