We've purchased two cars from here. They are real people, no run arounds. You just want to check out a car? Fine. You want to buy? Great. No pressure from these guys. Both of our vehicles were quality. One, we were going on vacation so couldn't pick up a car, they let us put a deposit to hold it until we returned, awesome! Will continue buying from them!

Stay far far away from this place! They're overpriced, lazy, and just want to push cars onto customers. Salesman (STEVE) never talked about the car, just about how long they've been doing business and how honest they are. Came back to buy/pick up the car, and they never even cleaned it!! Never even replaced the air filter. Cancelled the deal with the manager and the salesman(STEVE) called trying to dance back into the deal. After telling him I found a different car he hung the phone up on me. This place is a joke! Be wary and skeptical, they're buying auction cars, not even checking them over and trying to push them out the door. If you want a lemon, definitely purchase here!! If not, proceed to a different auto sales place where they'll treat you with respect, REAL honesty, no laziness and no excuses. STEVE is lazy, rude and has no idea what REAL customer service is. He's too busy talking about his commission or about how "honest" they are.

UPDATE...Had to report them to the BBB because they screwed me over on a promised repair. They didn't repair it correctly to this date. After my mechanic looked at it we learned the doors were full of water. Apparently, they have a reputation for selling cars that were flooded. BEWARE!!!!! Service manager and owner are total jerks to deal with. Service is not done on site and service manager schedules service appointments on his day off so your car just sits. No lender vehicles.

I was looking for a small truck to replace my 04 jeep with higher mileage.I had several friends looking for me and some other dealers also. This was difficult because of the price range I was looking for,(under 15k)and small trucks are in high demand. After a few months of looking,a friend told me to go to Tower Auto sales. That day I was only looking and was approached by a salesman named Steve.Steve was polite and professional, despite the lot appearing busy .He told me of 3 vehicles which I may be interested in and he was not high pressure sales type at all.He showed us some small /mid sized trucks they had on the lot, and my wife and I decided to test drive a 2007 Nissan frontier. We saw that this was the vehicle we were looking for .Steve sat us down and explained everything to us and gave us a very fair price for our trade-in. We both found Steve to be friendly ,professional, and appeared to like his line of work.We set a pick up date for our truck within a few days and brought it home.Looking over the vehicle we found that there was no spare tire.We called and talked with Pat ,who immediately ordered the tire and set a date to get it placed underneath my truck. That day we came in ,went to lunch across the street(Blue Ribbon Diner-great cheesecake!),and it was on the truck-no charge.Met and talked with the owner,Bob, and he was very personable and informative.I would highly recommend buying from Tower Auto sales to all my friends /family,after this experience. We found the vehicle that we were looking for,at the price range we were looking for ,and with friendly ,low pressure sales ,backed by courteous service all around.Thank you to Steve,Pat,and Bob
