I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Car-On Auto in Ottawa, and I must say that they have an accommodating and awesome people! I love the car that I’ve purchased, 2019 Ford Mustang but good as new with leather seats for affordable price. Your money is worth buying here. Thanks to Alex who assisted me, he was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Also, the dealership is very neat, clean and organized. It is so nice here and my buying experience was so enjoyable and stress-free. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you to visit Car-On Auto Sales in Ottawa.⭐️

This is my first 1-star review. We agreed to purchase a vehicle. I mentioned trading in my van and was offered $500 which I accepted. There was a balance on the loan for the van and the salesperson indicated that the dealership would cover that as part of the deal. I followed up in an email the next day to confirm that the dealership would cover the remaining balance on the loan and was told "If you decide to include the trade into the deal then yes, absolutely, we will pay it off for you!" Seemed pretty clear to me, until we went to pick up the vehicle. We were told the balance of the loan would be added to the price of the vehicle we were buying, and that the "taking care of it" portion was just them paying it out. Long story short, I was willing to negotiate and compromise, but when the Sales Manager named Mike came into the picture, it sealed the deal that we were walking away. Not sure why this guy is in customer service. He came in with an attitude right from the get-go and looked like his goal was to kill the deal. Mission accomplished. I would have probably still gone ahead, but Mike made sure that didn't happen. My advice to the owner... put that guy in the back if he can't great buyers without the attitude.

I was assisted by Veronika, who helped me find a car that I loved! She was so friendly, personable, and welcoming, and made you feel like a friend who had your best interest in mind, too. Steve was also awesome and truly cared about getting me the best deal for the best car for what I need. He went above and beyond in communicating with me & was so kind & helpful! They’re very straight forward and honest about what the best financial decisions are for where you’re at, as well, which is greatly appreciated. It can be hard to trust when buying a car, but these guys are the best. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend Veronika, Steve, & their whole team was so wonderful and helpful as well! My family who came with me would have 0 hesitation buying from them and I'd recommend them any day!
