In working with the Adonis and the team at Deluxe, they throughly answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. From start to finish they made the car buying process easy and pain free. Finance approval came quickly and I was out the door in no time! Thanks for the help, I will certainly recommend you guys!

I just purchased a My Ml350 Mercedes Benz SUV from Deluxe Auto Sales. I had an awesome experience. My salesman, Mr Renato, and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable. They took their time to explain everything in detail and went out of their way to make sure that I was 100% happy with the deal. Thanks to their professionalism, knowledge in their field and skills, I was able to leave the dealership with the vehicle I wanted for a befitting price. Great experience. And today I just got call from MR Renato that my license plates are ready ☺️☺️Big Thanks to you MR Renato,Will definitely recommend Deluxe to my family and friends.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I posted a review in October with a picture of me and my 2015 Hyundai Tuscon and I was happy with the purchase... boy was I wrong. All the guys that work here are money hungry sharks that purposely want to screw you over. 1. When buying the car in October it was missing the SD card for navigation and they ensured me they would order it and have it sent to my house in a few days free of charge.... IT IS NOW JANURY AND I HAVE NO SD CARD! I ordered it myself for $40 and am now fighting with them to reimburse me (which i highly doubt they will) 2. I had to fight with them to send me the plates because I am a NYS resident so after driving the car illegally with expired temporary tags and calling them every single day I finally received them December 10th.. 3. MY CAR WONT EVEN PASS INSPECTION because both my headlights and my high-beams are out. I understand "wear and tear" but how is it fair that I am responsible for a $200 fix for headlights when they broke a month after having the car. 4. After bringing the car to a Hyundai dealer to get it fixed they also informed me that all my breaks need me be redone and my rotors are very rusted. Overall 100% regret my purchase and will advise any and every one to go somewhere else!

Had an amazing experience at deluxe auto sales thanks to our client advisor Adonis Garcia. Adonis was kind & patient he help my boyfriend and I with the purchase of our Audi he didn’t mind that we test drove multiple vehicle he was very kind even ordered us pizza. Deluxe auto sales has a great selection of pre owned vehicles check them out and work with Adonis he’s amazing !

Deluxe Auto Sales hired my firm to provide a service. The service that we provided was to create a recruiting campaign to interview, screen and hire a candidate for the business development department that Deluxe Auto Sales was building. Upon agreeing for our services, my firm started working the same day. We acquired over 70 resumes for the position, interviewed and screened over 20 people and set up interviews. The dealership finally hired someone. I came in to train and consult this dealership for a three day project to get the department up and running. What was supposed to be a three day project turned into five days. We provided training, coaching and consultation to this dealership. Everything is documented. We found problems and created solutions for them. Management was very ignorant to what we were doing. A full consulting report was provided where we even provided a services that was not part of the deal (only to go above and beyond for this client). The owner, Daniel Sanchez would not respond to a call or text to me. I wanted to keep communication with him so he knows what he is paying for. He told me to work with his managers because he has no time for this. A young lady that was hired into the department prior to my services being started had started to feel threatened that this department was growing. She started fights with the new hire and secretly having a private communication with her manager. Daniel Sanchez decided to avoid communication and terminate the working relationship after only 10 days. He did not provide payment for initial services that were rendered. He was offered a chance to make things right and even an opportunity to fix his dissatisfaction. He refused to communicate and respond to our attempts to talk. He refuses to pay his bill. Stay away from this dealership. This is not someone that you want to do business with.
