I had a pretty good car buying experience here for my 2017 Renegade but the one time I attempted to get the car serviced here completely turned me off. They sent me an email reminded me to get the car serviced . I responded to the email by making an appointment on their website with the coupon for oil change and to check my tires only to show up at 7am before work to wait in line for 30 minutes behind people who walked in for service. The person at the service desk was rude, saying "you can't make appointments for oil changes" and then said they could do the oil change but I would have to wait over an hour because others had already walked in. I'm currently looking for somewhere else to get my car serviced.

What can I say, i had an amazing experience, a great deal. Walked in with my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and walked out a few short hours later with a Brand New 2018 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door Sport. happy that i am only paying a bit more then I was paying on the 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Gregory the sales person worked with me to find the best deal, option, price and Jeep. Jose stepped in and closed the deal with the bank. Over all I am a happy camper. Gregory was a Non Pushy, work with you at your comfort zone and make you feel happy kind of sales person. Will deal again with Gregory, Jose and Barbera Autoland.

I had an awesome experience and would 100% recommend the entire team and Mike in particular. I was greeted to moment I walked in the door and the transaction ended with a personal congratulations from Mr. Gary Barbera himself!

I couldn't beg them to take my money. It was like I was in a dream. Huge lot, cars even on side streets. I actually called the dealership and asked for a salesman outside...and ....found a huddle of 5 guys by the front door. The one who looked like he was wearing his heavy set older brothers clothes agreed to show me A Car. The following day I paid cash in full at a nearby competitor's lot. Is Barbera the best? Um... No.

Great dealership, an icon of Philadelphia. They've been doing a great job for a long time!
