Lovely professional team members, Sheldon, Rochelle & Tianna were extremely helpful & fun. Purchasing a vehicle was quick & easy. They have tons of beautiful vehicles in stock. I will be back when it is time to upgrade from the SUV I purchased today. Rolling out of ROLLS AUTO feeling happy & satisfied

Best experience I have every had at dealership. These guys make you feel like they known you for 20 plus years:) They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I have purchased several cars in my life time and never got the treatment I got with Rolls Auto. I will definitely go back to Rolls Auto to buy my next vehicle!!!

Short story: NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Long story: I bought a car about 3 months ago. I flew down from out of state to buy it too. I was told before flying down there were was 2 keys that came with the car. It was until AFTER I paid for the car, I was told there was only 1. They waited until after so they wouldn't have to lower the price (bad business practice #1). I was promised by the sales associate that he would get a key sent out to me. I took his word instead of having something in writing but I trusted him. I e-mailed and called about 20 times over the course of the next few months, each time a key was promised. After the holidays I finally got a hold of manger Steve who told me it was not their policy to give out a second key and that he would not reimburse for the key I had been promised to multiple times. Apparently the sales associate doesn't work there anymore but instead of fixing his shody business deals, they leave you out cold (bad business practice #2). They have terrible customer service and won't help you whatsoever. I would suggest NOT buying anything from here.

Rolls Auto will stand the test of time against other car dealerships. The website setup makes it easy to view Rolls Inventory. This is a place where you can get the car you want. Tito was a great help in the process of me getting a car I wanted without NO CO-Sign. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
