Trash establishment. Bought a 2012 chevy equinox less than a year ago. A week after buying it, I check the oil level because the engine began to rattle.. The motor was completely depleted of oil. Which means they didn't even check the oil before they put the car on the lot. Once they were made aware of the fact the engine had no oil, we were told that "that year equinox burns a little oil, so just keep an eye on the oil level and you'll be fine." They obviously didn't want to do anything so I left it at that and kept an eye on the oil level on a regular basis. Then the blower motor Would stop working randomly and we were told there was nothing they could do. Now here we are about 7 months later, and now we have to drop 5000 dollars on a new motor because the original rear main oil seal failed. Horrible experience with horrible people who would rather lie to your face than help you. Never ever doing business with them again.

Five stars to hi lo auto! I am a young, single mother of a one year old who lives in Montgomery county. I searched and searched for a good dealership that had a used car I wanted. I needed a safe, reliable car, no accidents, in my budget and price range and help with financing. Dylan, one of the sales people there, greeted me as I walked in and helped me find the perfect car. He was honest and did his best to make sure I went home with the car I wanted and needed. I did not get service like this anywhere else. I would definitely recommend!

Spoke with a salesman over text for a few days named Mike. Scheduled an appointment for early in the morning and he got me approved and out the door in a really reasonable time. He is a very professional and caring man. He isn't just looking for a sale but make sure you're comfortable. I will be referring everyone here.

Just purchased a 2016 Equinox from Hi Lo. Jesse was great! Very helpful and explained everything. He made sure I was getting a great deal. We had one concern and Jesse made sure it was corrected before I took the car home. Great service.
