I had my truck in for some warranty work yesterday went to pickup the truck this morning and see that there was a dodge city sticker on my tailgate. Wasn’t very pleased as they didn’t ask if they could put the sticker there, but the best part was when I asked the service guy about it he told me to bring the truck down back to the washbay and they will remove it but don’t bother coming back here again if i removed it, What a brutal way to run a business over getting a sticker that I wasn’t even asked about getting put there removed, I am beyond angry with Dodge city’s service, and dont recommend getting any work done here unless you don’t mind getting stickers put on your vehicle without your permission

Took my Ram in due to a rattling in the door and they said they couldn't "replicate" the problem. Two years later door rattles even moreso, the truck makes more interior noise than the wifes Corolla (more solidly built) going down a bumpy road. I'd rather drive the wife's car on a dirt road. Also windshield wash sensor broke and they tried to blame me for using the "wrong" windshield wash. Was told it was fixed and didn't even get back home before the problem occurred again. Took the truck back but I also wanted the front amber light fixed. Got a call to pick up truck and as soon as I turned the truck on light was still out. I went back in and left the keys and refused to take the truck back until these problems were fixed. They got it done and made me sign papers after the work was done, which they hadn't asked me to do before. Next time will not be buying a Dodge.....

Ridiculous Service. Will not reccomend to anyone. Owner refused warranty work because I told him not to put a sticker on my truck. He red flagged my vehicle from ever returning Unreal!! I detail my own vehicles and will not be subject to a cheesy dealer decal to promote their service especially when they put it on over the paint and last oil change never tightened up the filter spilling oil into my driveway. Piss poor service and quality run by a nasty old school owner. Buy and service your vehicle elsewhere.

Terrible service and shuttle. They charged me for replacement of all stud lugs right after warranty period while I had changed my tires last three times there. I noted my car was driven 13km after tire change and setting of driver seat, radio, AC were all changed. Unbelievable to test drive for such a long dis after tire change. Simply I will avoid going back there
