Brought my 06 goldwing in for fork seals and all fluid changed. The front forks now have a bounce. They didn't bleed the anti dive valve so I didn't have any rear brakes. They didn't change the final drive oil. They didn't change the antifreeze said they would have to remove the fairing. Don't know why they couldn't use the drain bolt in the bottom of the engine. Very bad experience and a total waste of 650 bucks. They said certified Honda mechanic, I don't think so. Never again will I deal with them.

Jul 11th dropped my 2002 Bayliner boat of at Thruway for extensive work. Unfortunately they were the only company close that does work on boats. They reassured me they could do the work. The work I requested in the priority listed was as follows: - Repair and/or replace gauges. (NOT COMPLETED, NPF(No Problem Found)) - Install supplied GPS unit; (COMPLETED) - Check Trailer axels and wheel bearings. Repair any defects; (REPLACED BURNT BEARING & DAMAGED AXEL) - Repair and/or replace forward bilge pump; (COMPLETED) - Install supplied kill switch on throttle control unit; (COMPLETED) - Install auxiliary motor bracket for later installation of small outboard Motor(9.9 -15 HP); (NOT COMPLETED, NPF(No Problem Found)) - Tune up Main Engine; (COMPLETED) - Identify instrument panel switches and label function; (NOT COMPLETED, NPF(No Problem Found)) In all fairness they did get some things fixed. However they had my boat for 37 days(most of the prime boating season) and NPF(No Problem Found) on the work order when I had identified the problems I wanted fixed and or work I wanted done is just not performance. Piss poor time & repair management plus the attitude seemed to be, “We’ll get it done when we get it done. You didn’t buy it from us so you’re not our priority”. I think I will go elsewhere from this point on.

My father purchased an RV from them, the service is outstanding. He has had it for a few months now, any issues he has been addressed promptly. Highly recommended!
