Book a visit with Joshua Picco. From start to finish he answered every question in detail off the top - or found the answer we were looking for. Would definitely recommend

Went in for my recall on my Rav 4 and they were so friendly and they couldn't do enough for me I highly recommend Toyota because they are the best machine I have ever driven and I wouldn't part for it in the world,Thank you Toyota for your service it was Amazing!!

Like Toyota quality and would buy another one but the service is questionable. Had a Tacoma that was standard. Had to get new clutch plates (my own fault) which cost me 2800 bucks. After I got the truck back bolts literally fell from the transmission. Once I got it back again, every time I let out the clutch, the clutch bearing would squeal. Toyota said it was fine like that and I was no I want it fixed. They charged me another 800 buck to remedy the problem.

Not only did I have a great first time experience purchasing a truck with Camilla White at toyota plaza, but she went out of her way to ensure a scuff mark was corrected on my truck after a few days use. Staff is very friendly and extremely competent at their jobs.

It is somewhat difficult to give a review. This review is for the service department. When I've had service done it is quite good. Proper parts, clean, done well. However, more than once I've "needed" repair work done as my vehicle would not be safe to drive without and use it for work. Unfortunately, service was booked on these occasions for two or more weeks forcing me somewhere else. Toyota recommends to always use Toyota parts and service. This is very difficult to do when the service department is often overbooked. Perhaps a bigger department is needed or some provision to accommodate people who truly "need" to have work done. I realize this could be difficult. Nevertheless, something should be arranged to rectify this issue.
