terrible customer service. sell vehicles that they don't even have software to connect to the transmission on. hino even has that software. not to mention waiting 2 weeks for an appointment only to be pushed back more and more. unfortunately there aren't many other options

I disagree with the previous review, one star is way to high. Had a air filter I purchased from them, needed it installed and in three weeks they couldn't find a half hour window.had to use a mobile guy. If you are needing anything done plan on getting it done on the mainland, this sorry excuse for Frieghtliner service doesn't deserve your money.

To bad you cant give these morons less than 1 star. Booked an appointment a week in advance for an oil change on Motor-home before starting my trip back to BC. Arrived 1 hour before appointed time and was told they were too busy to help me. Guess they FAILED customer service. Not sure what the point of an appointment is in there eyes.
