Nice friendly atmosphere. Clean and the service advisor Lori was very nice helping set up the appointment.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made sure I was happy before leaving with my new car. Was also very happy to have all my questions answered about the car I was buying. Would definitely recommend!

Totally dissatisfied with the whole experience. Wish I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. (Lessons Learned) First time I had issues with the vehicle, couldn't reach either sale reps and didn't return by call until 45 minutes later while i was pretty much stranded on the road.

Great service when you're purchasing a vehicle. Do everything they can for you, or if your having no issues always friendly to get you out the door. Once you have a problem, the service stops there. They could care less. Even if you've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Currently own my family's fourth Kia. First one we've really had any issues with and CAN NOT get any satisfaction with service.... Weeks returning a call, annoyed service attendants when you try to speak to them about the problem. The issue with the car still continues daily, the car has been in for "servicing" 8 times in 14 months. This is the last Kia we will be purchasing. very disappointing.

It's just ok. Way over priced for an oil change on a 2018 Sorento 4 cylinder. Its the same price as the V6 model and $10 more then their other 4 cylinder models. Makes no sense because it's less oil and it 100% a money grab for the dealer. Will never go back for Services only warranty work at this dealer.
