Good service. Goes above and beyond to make sure the sale they make works for you, without nagging you. Decent prices. The place is massive, with a free car wash. You can also go into the garage with the mechanic while they do work on your vehicle so that you know exactly what's going on. They really have their act together here and should be a model for other auto dealers.

I set up an online appointment and received an email confirmation as well as a reminder about the appointment. When I got there they had no record of any appointment but we're able to work me into their schedule and take care of it everything. The shuttle service was quick and everything was handled smoothly. I strongly recommend DePaula for anyone looking for quality customer service.

I have purchased many cars, both new and used, and I recently had the best buying experience with DePaula! Buying a used car is ALWAYS a long and drawn out experience because of all of the parts involved. It's no different at DePaula, but at the very least, they help you make the most of it and they make you feel welcome to be there. I spent about 4 and a half hours total there split between test driving, negotiating, and making a final purchase. There was a lot of time to wait. Nate P. was my salesperson, but he also acted as sort of a dealership concierge. In the downtime when I was waiting for a sales manager, or the car tech associate (Johnny Clay and I don't remember the tech guy's name, but both gentlemen were great to interact with; funny, kind) Nate was constantly tending to me and my son (who came along for the candy). There wasn't more than 10 minutes that went by without Nate checking in on us. He also never came across as a stereotypical car salesman. He kept it very simple. I never felt pressured into making a deal. He allowed me to negotiate. I also never felt like I couldn't walk away. I sincerely hope he gets some recognition for the job he does there. I am very happy with my experience and my purchase and I will suggest DePaula and Nate to everyone I know in the market for a car.

Dennis Miller has always been fantastic. The staff at DePaula go out of their way to help and answer any questions you have. The gentleman who took care of me when I picked up my 2019 Equinox was awesome. These guys are very patient and understanding.
