The guys at MyCar made the process so much simpler than what I was experiencing before. They found the right car for me, didn't push anything towards me and were very honest and upfront about everything! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks guys!

Our deal for a new to us vehicle started off rocky but the team at My car Kingston came through and got us the vehicle we wanted. They even delivered our Dodge Ram truck to our door and we are 2 hours away! We purchased the extended warranty so will update review as needed if any issues arise! The team will work with you for the vehicle you want....great job My car Kingston! See you in a few years for trade and upgrade! So a few months go by and we have a problem...the truck my husband and I purchased was wearing the tires weird in the back after they put new tires on delivery! Brought it back to my car Kingston and was told it was from spinning the tires. First off it's a eco diesel and does not have the ability to smoke tires off the go.. now I am out a set of tires as well had to pay for an alignment . The service manager also advised me that every time you change tires you should do an alignment but they did not do one when they changed the tires, and of course no documentation of the wear issue on the old tires before they changed them. Great sales staff but no support on issues following the sale! Buyer beware we will not deal with this company again!

I am really happy with my experience buying at MyCar, after some terrible experiences elsewhere. They were upfront, professional, and went out of their way for me, including driving the car from their Ottawa location with no deposit down. They did this knowing I had a terrible experience with another dealership withholding a deposit when a deal fell through. My car had a minor electrical issue within 30 days, and they fixed it with no issue (fuses). I was pretty tough with them, having been worn thin from other dealers, and they handled me so well. I would definitely buy with them again, and deal with Silvio in particular. He was amazing! I wasn’t particularly happy paying $500 to finance, but was told this was competitive relative to other dealerships. Just something to know going into a financing situation. Ali (sales manager) secured a good rate but we did have to buy an extended warranty to get it... All in all a good experience in the end.

I would like to thank Silvio and Ali for a great experience with My Car Kingston. They both went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new vehicle.
