This afternoon I needed to visit JP Motors for an appraisal. Let’s just say I will go to you guys to buy my next car wether it used or new. I was only there for about 5 minutes but was treated like I’d been with them a lifetime! It’s a pleasure giving you a great review. See you when I purchase my next vehicle!

Had an accident back in November and came to join motors to look at a ford escape and was very pleased with the professional staff that understood that I need to wait for my old car to be felt with and they got me in my nee vehicle as soon as that happens 10/10 customer service wise they were very patient and kept in contact and even helped with getting my old car settled thanks Dave and Dave:)

Ask for "Thailand special". Promo info must be provided to Ryan. Thanks again JP motors and special thanks to Ryan for always helping out with my vehicles! 6/5 stars!

OP - Just browsing wasn't overly impressed - Reply to comment from Owner to clarify: I stopped by several times over several months, prices seemed high and each time it took a while for the sales to come out and engage and even though I prefer a soft sales approach they didn't seem interested in helping me at all tbh. not bad just middling experience. In that time I bought twice elsewhere and was super happy. Thank you for listneing and responding.
