We only have positive things to say about working with Scott and the Novak team. Everything went very smoothly after calling in to learn if the Jeep was still available. We live in Connecticut and the process could not have gone better. Scott gave us a call at the end of every day letting us know where we were at with all of our paperwork and what was needed next, made sure he gave us all the correct information and answered every first car buyer question without hesitation. We filled out our paperwork before in good faith that the Jeep was in condition as posted so we could drive it off the lot which was very helpful. When we arrived, there was a cute bow on the hood with a congratulations paper which made the purchase so much more special- everything was better than we could have imagined, and we are so happy with our purchase! The only con would be that one of our key fobs is not working correctly but Scott has been very helpful to make sure that it is fixed in a convenient manner.

The team at Novak Motors makes the car shopping and buying experience extremely hassle and stress free. From the moment you walk into the beautiful facility, the employees make sure you are fully aware of what Novak Motors has to offer, and will be there to assist you with anything you need. The entire process was very smooth, from the selection of the car till the final financing and check out. Additionally, all the cars are in phenomenal shape, regardless of them being returned leases. If you didn’t know, you’d assume they were all brand new. I truly recommend Novak Motors to anybody looking to buy a vehicle, and it is safe to say I will be going back there when the time comes.

This is a clean facility with the convenience of the vehicles being housed indoors. We were greeted by Scott who made us feel welcomed but left us to browse at our own pace. Novak Motors has no hassle prices on quality end of lease vehicles that are in mint condition. No sleazy car salesmen here.

At first I liked the place, people and process. I recently went to a place to have an automatic starter put in and it was unable to be completed because NOVAK MOTORS sold me a car with corrupt keys that aren’t able to “learn” the automatic starter. Now it will cost me $350 to have an original factory and programmed key to be made. When I spoke with the GM he offered me nothing and actually said “I have no answers for you” I couldn’t believe it. Watch out! On top of that, the screen freezes randomly and within a day of purchasing the car, the charging ports didn’t work.

I give great thanks to the team at Novak Motors for giving me a pressure free experience with still providing the kindness and being there exactly when I needed them to answer any of my questions. They give new meaning to the phrase "we make you feel like family". When I met Scott Misino my salesman, Mike the Manager & Frank in Finance they were so personable and I felt like I knew them already for years.
