Recently bought my first car there. Great overall experience. No sales pressure and very helpful. Lee and Amanda were great!

To start off this is my first time writing a review!! My husband and I bought a car there two year ago and we love it. So yesterday we stopped in to look at a couple ford escapes that we seen on the website. We took one for a test drive we loved it. The salesman said they misplaced a key so they would have to order one and we would have to pay for it. I said" for what we are paying you can just give us the key. A car always comes with the keys" We were doing up the paper work figuring out warranty and all that. The salesman comes in says he asked the manager they said " We don't have to order a key we have one here for it. So you can have the key for cost $199. By this time I was mad and said I'm not buying a key. I'm still having a hard time believing they would let a second time customer walk out the door because of a KEY, that they misplaced.

We just purchased a car from Bayview Auto. Tara was oursales person. No pressure what so ever. Sat down with her, told her what we wanted. Tara bought up what was available and we selected what to test drive. Then met with Krista to sign the papers. Again no pressure to purchase add one. Krista was straight forward and truthful with us. The best experience we had buying a car.

We tried to buy a used Audi from Bayviewauto. It was recalled for engine emissions issues and they took it to the nearest dealership for the repair. Didn’t go well there and 4 weeks later we had to reselect. Bayview was very quick and accommodating. They provided a similar car and delivered it a day earlier than the promised time. Jerry was our our sales person, very nice to deal with! Answered phone calls and messages even on his day off. Great experience! It’s our third car that we buy from them and every time it’s been a very easy and pleasant transaction. Thank you!

I just finished purchasing my second vehicle from here and both times were absolutely stress free. They were able to get me a better interest rate than the regular dealer. I have bought from big name dealers before and will probably never go to them again. The only problem is their lot needs to be larger to accommodate the huge inventory they carry. I would highly recommend Bayview to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.
