I recently realized an 18-year old dream by purchasing my first Mini Cooper from PA Auto Select. I have purchased 20-25 vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say that working with this dealership has been by far the best experience! My sales person Paul, was accommodating, patient, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He sincerely took interest in my story, and the specifics of my vehicle needs. And I loved their low-key, non-pressured, sales environment! Do not hesitate to stop in and shop this 5-star dealership! Thanks again for everything!

I found a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 and I called for more info. I was told that it had not passed PA emissions test. When i looked at the truck everything seemed fine. I bought it. I have had the truck for 2 weeks and my mechanic just told me that i will have to replace the engine because there is a bad valve! I was never told by the salesman that there were deeper issues in the engine! I was looking for a decent truck that would serve me well, not a worthless truck with a junk motor!! To say the least, I am very very disappointed! Please, I don't want anybody to go through what i have been going through so check out your vehicle thoroughly before you say you will buy! I wont be returning to this dealer for any more vehicles, trust me! Now I am left with a truck on my hands that i have to fix and that will take several thousand dollars! I am not too happy...

My customer experience with PA Auto Select was stellar. From the very beginning, Paul handle my account with professionalism and integrity. The main factor of purchasing a vehicle that I hate is the pitch and bait and switch tactic that most car dealers play. Paul didn't do either of those things. If you visit the dealership, you will see immediately why they didn't need to. I purchased a Cadillac SRX. The car is beautiful and rides like a dream. In fact, the vehicle was so clean that, I didn't want to test drive it out of fear I'd scratch or crash it. The vehicle and service was equal in comparison. Josh completed the transaction for Paul and the entire process was painless. I was in and out. If you are looking for high quality vehicles with low mileage, I highly recommend PA Auto Select.
